Saturday morning run session

This morning marked our return to our regular Saturday morning run sessions at Wollaton Park. With a couple of the athletes still having a race to target this season the run was based around getting the Glutes working, fast feet and fast turnover. Starting with some Glute activation work we then moved onto some interval work using ladders, hurdles and cones, all on a slight incline and finished with a hard sprint uphill. We then finished with some fast short running on a slight decline to really get the feet and legs moving fast.
