Give that boost to your race season by going on a Training Camp

With the race season in full swing and the summer looking like it might have arrived now is the time to think about adding a Training Camp to your training leading up to your big race of the year.

Going on a camp gives you the chance not just to put a big week of training in but also allow some extra recovery time, a chance to learn new skills as well as have a focus week on your weaker discipline.

At Absolute Tri we have been offering training camps for over 10 years in many places around Europe so have all the experience needed to make sure your camp is a success. Not only do we run our own camps but our head Coach, Steve Lloyd has been a coach on camps with the British Triathlon Elite Junior teams for the past 6 or 7 years, leading some of these camps to major podium success at European races.

We run a variety of camps from Long Distance camps for those racing longer (although you don’t have to be racing long to attend as we can still cater for you) to family camps and Elite youth and Junior camps. The focus of these camps is not only to allow athletes to train with like-minded people in some beautiful places but also to learn new skills and technique from our coaches. Sessions will have a group feel but with individual focus to ensure every athlete is getting something from the session specific to them.

The accommodation we are using this year in Morzine is the one we have used for the past 3 years and there is a reason for this. Not only is the accommodation first class but the location, food and support staff are also excellent.

Top class coaching from ateam that have been running and delivering cmaps for years, fantastic accommodation and the wonder of the Alps provide a perfect venue for our camps and we still have a few places left so check out Camps page of our Website and contact us if you require nay further details
