Louis started with absolute tri in 2021 when they had to do Swift sessions during lockdown. Louis wanted to take triathlon more seriously, and it helped that he knew some of the athletes before hand. He enjoys being surrounded by world class athletes because it helps motivate him to do better, even when the training is difficult. For louis, his best accomplishment has been outlaw half in Nottingham, May 2024, where he achieved professional license by placing third. Louis hopes the race on the big island in Kona as a professional. To him, he likes being in a group of lots of people because he can learn new skills from them.
